Webbings, Loops. Handles, Straps etc…… these all are the different names for the same component used in FIBC
Webbings are made from PP & Multi Filament usually when it comes to FIBC’s.
With the installed capacity we also supply Webbing as components made from PP & MF material.
Webbings are designed considering the Safe Working Load, Safety Factor and the construction of the bags.
The webbings can be made in various colours as per the requirement is helpful in lifting & transporting the bags.
These can be made from 10mm to 100mm normally and varying with the construction and the tensile strengths they give the bags the ability to lift much more than the capacity as well.
For instance, the Sling Bags, which are capable to lifting 2500-4000Kgs material are basically designed only with the help of the webbing. For Corner construction the width of the webbing is generally 45-50mm and for cross corner / straddle design it is 75-100mm.
Made from PP / MF, with different colours if helps identify the same bags & helps setting a different brand as well.
Say a user uses the same size big bags, 90x90x120 have 3 different products to be filled. In that case these webbings can be designed in 3 different colours which helps in identification easily.
Also, with a specially designed construction in terms of coloured tapes used in the webbing, it helps you distinguish from other competitors’ bags.
